At the heart of my work is the belief that progress begins with a strong, trusting relationship. I offer a client-centered approach that honors your unique experiences, values, and strengths. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process—it’s a collaborative journey where we work together to identify your goals, uncover patterns, and explore new perspectives. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking greater clarity, my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. I see therapy as a team effort—you bring your expertise on your life, and I bring clinical knowledge, insight, and compassion. Together, we create a partnership built on respect, authenticity, and shared commitment to growth. My goal is not to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as we tap into your capacity for resilience and change. If you’re ready to begin this process, I’m here to meet you where you are.

Hello! I am currently accepting new patients. All visits are through telemedicine, so I can see anyone in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Colorado. My love for what I do in psychiatry, comes from the joy I get in helping others improve their lives. Most of my patients do not know which direction to go when then come to me, and that is ok. Some people come to me looking for second or third opinions about diagnosis or medications, some people are referred by a therapist to start medication. We can openly discuss decisions and options. This is a judgement free zone. There is no way you can TMI me! My primary role in our sessions is diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. The role I have in therapy is very small. Most clients are already in therapy or have been referred by therapists to me. All sessions are conducted by tele-medicine. **Offering flexible hours, evening appointments available, also some weekends. **
I am a non-binary counselor specializing in LGBTQIA+ populations. I offer support regrading gender identity, relationship issues, trauma, attachment, anxiety, grief, and chronic illness. Online video sessions available.
My clients are smart, self-aware people who've been managing a lot on their own for a long time — and they're tired. They want to stop overthinking everything, feel more solid in their relationships, and figure out who they actually are underneath the performance. A lot of them are queer, neurodivergent, or both, and they're done explaining the basics to their therapist. They want someone direct, who notices patterns, and who won't let them stay comfortable when they're ready for something different. I'm a clinical psychologist. I work with attachment, identity, and the ways people get stuck trying to hold it all together. My style is warm but direct — I'll give you real feedback, not just nod and reflect. We use what works, and go at the pace your nervous system can handle. If you want an authentic therapist who's honest with you, helps you build skills that work outside the room, and actually tracks whether things are getting better — reach out. We'll figure out what matters and go from there.
College is usually sold as "the best years of your life," but for a lot of students, it feels more like a non-stop cycle of pressure. At Alpine Creek, we work best with students who are tired of pretending they have it all figured out. Most of our student clients come to us because they feel like they’re just "getting by" rather than actually living. What it often feels like: Constant Brain Fog: You’re physically in class, but your mind is stuck on your to-do list, your grades, or a conversation that went wrong three days ago. The "Social Battery" is Dead: Trying to find your place on campus or dealing with roommate drama is leaving you feeling more drained than connected. Relationship Stress: Whether it's a long-distance struggle or a new relationship here in town, you’re arguing more and feeling less understood. Heavy Weight: You might be carrying things from your past, like trauma or old family stuff, that feels like it’s getting heavier now that you’re on your own. The "What’s the Point?" Feeling: It’s hard to stay motivated when you’re dealing with deep sadness or an anxiety that won't let you catch your breath. How we help: We don’t do "clinical" or "stuffy" therapy. We provide a straightforward, safe space to just be a human. We help you look at the patterns that keep you stuck and give you actual tools to manage the panic, the low moods, and the relationship blowouts.
“With adversity comes opportunity” from the I Ching- Or Book of Changes The decision to seek therapy can be due to times of stress or the desire to seek change. We know that change is not always a straight path. To take a “road less traveled” can be filled with a beautiful river that flows and leads to clarity or it be a be a river filled with large boulders that need to be traversed with help and support. Therapy can be a tool that facilitates resilience and transformation. My approach in therapy is to first engage in a process of discovery. As your therapist, we will work together to discover what events, situations, and relationships in your life or your past do not work for you now. It is really important to understand how your life works in order to set goals and create change. Most importantly, it is important to remember that change affects all the people in your life. I am a board-certified psychiatrist and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. For me, being a physician is more than a profession—it is a vocation to help indviduals flourish. My practice is devoted to students and young adults seeking thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that extends beyond symptom relief. I provide comprehensive evaluations that consider medical, nutritional, lifestyle, and psychological factors—including laboratory testing when clinically appropriate—to identify the contributors to emotional and cognitive health. I also specialize in evidence-based de-prescribing for patients who wish to reduce or discontinue psychiatric medications for anxiety, attention difficulties, or substance use disorders. My approach is guided by precision, humility, and restraint: using the least intensive intervention necessary while drawing upon the full breadth of evidence-based medicine. Depending on each patient's needs and goals, I integrate psychotherapy, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, exercise, targeted supplementation, and, when appropriate, carefully selected medications into a personalized treatment plan. In addition to my clinical work, I have presented internationally on psychiatric deprescribing and medical ethics. My work has been recognized with awards from the American Psychiatric Association, the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions, the American Psychoanalytic Association, and other leading professional organizations. I am the Founder & Medical Director of Verigrate Health. I am licensed to serve patients in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Lousiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington, D.C., and Wisconsin.
I am a dual licensed therapist close to CSU and UW in Laramie, WY. My background in Animal Assisted Social Work and being a military veteran give me unique experiences to serve student veteran clients and clients that are in need of assistance moving to the next step of adulthood.
