Hi, I'm here to offer support through whatever you're facing, whether it’s stress, anxiety, identity questions, relationships, or major life decisions. I believe healing is a personal journey, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you figure out what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore ways to move forward while learning from your past and tapping into your strengths, values, and purpose. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely accepted, no judgment, just support. My approach is centered on you, your experiences, your goals, and your growth. I often work with young adults and college students navigating transitions, and I use a mix of evidence-based, integrative approaches personalized to fit your needs. My therapeutic approach is trauma focused, holistic and collaborative, considering your mental, emotional, and overall well-being. I also offer EMDR. You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m here to help you take it one step at a time.
I'm a clinical psychologist and a trained psychoanalyst. I believe that what promotes growth and mental health is the process of putting real but hard to see aspects of your experience into words. This decreases their power and brings them more to heel for you. This is different from challenging thoughts or skill building. You as the patient should have clear evidence in therapy that you're coming to understand yourself better and more fully. Old, stuck ways of thinking should slowly give way to the ability to think more effectively about what is and what can be. Your sense of 'you' should grow wider and more secure, and your ability live and act with purpose of your choosing should slowly build.

Evolutionary Holistic Healing infuses mind-body practices into the therapeutic process to help clients explore healing beyond traditional psychotherapeutic talk-therapy. Our mission is to emphasize the importance of integrating psychotherapy with movement, music, aromatherapy, artworks, nature, and breath work to establish equilibrium; therein, inviting the body to join the mind in its establishment of therapeutic attunement. We view each person as a whole being made up of many parts working in concert with one another to fully embrace the evolutionary progression of healing. We believe that a person is not defined by their condition; but rather, that individuals can achieve good health by strengthening their emotional, physical, social and mental wellness. We strive to mindfully stand in the entire experience of being human. It is then we can whole-heartedly step into the power of self-awareness, self-empowerment, and self-love.

Okay, let me guess — life feels like a lot right now. You’re overwhelmed, drained, and stuck in patterns that just aren’t working anymore. Maybe you’re questioning your relationships, struggling at work, or wondering why you feel so disconnected. That glass of whiskey, wine, or weed isn’t helping like it used to. With nearly 20 years of experience, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process difficult emotions, release what’s weighing you down, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll create a path toward feeling more grounded and at peace. I help people work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and feeling emotionally drained. ART helps resolve distressing memories quickly, while IFS helps you understand and care for the parts of yourself that feel stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is compassionate and direct — focused on helping you feel more grounded and in control of your life. You don’t have to figure it out alone. While you might not feel it right now, you know you’re ready for change. I’d be honored to support you as you take the first step toward relief and clarity. I’m out-of-network with insurance, but we can explore ways to make it work. You’re worth the effort — reach out when you’re ready.
