Young adulthood is a time of transitions, growth and self discovery. While many new challenges can be exciting, this time of exploration can also become overwhelming. There can be a lot of “shoulds”, comparisons and uncertainty. My office is a safe space to process through all of these thoughts and feelings without feeling judged or criticized. Together we work to figure out a path to help you build the necessary skills and insights to launch into the adult life you are seeking. I love working with young adults and college students to help them embrace this season of their life. As a Registered Yoga Teacher I value the connection between the mind and body and what stress does to our overall well being. With that being said- if yoga/meditation/mindfulness is not your thing it does not need to be involved in your treatment. I always work to creatively match the evidenced based treatment modalities I am trained in to fit a client’s unique goals and strengths.
